Angela (&Kari’s) Collection – Jett Dawson!!

So, we’ve been very American Girl focused lately. Sounds like it might be time to change things up just a little bit and welcome someone new to the collection! Someone special from Rainbow High! Can you guess which student is coming to join us? I’ll give you a hint…Kari and Becca both love her!

Ooh! Ohh! She’s a fashion designer! She even has a sewing machine and dress form to show off her stunning creations on! Maybe she’ll let Becca and I borrow them to work on our fashion show pieces? Maybe she’ll even help us!

Jett Dawson! She’s not numbered, but that doesn’t bother me at all since I’ll open her!!

And there she is! Rainbow High’s Jett Dawson! We were lucky enough for Bay to be there when Target opened to get our Jett on August 4th. She isn’t one of the numbered 1,000 dolls, but we plan to free her from her plastic box soon so that she can join the rest of the Rainbows in our collection on display and for playing with now and then.

Jett’s box is a cool fashion trunk, albeit a big box to try and store if you decide to keep her boxed up rather than bringing her out to play. Space is a big reason why we don’t keep our dolls boxed, as is the fact that we do enjoy playing with them, changing their clothes and doing their hair. Playing with doll hair helps Bay calm down when her anxiety spikes up.
