Kari’s Creative Corner – Welcome to the Fashion Studio!

Hey everybody! Kari here! This has been a long time coming, but the ADHD brain got to us and it got pushed off a bit until the rest of the distractions were cleared out of the way! This will be the set we use to show off my fashion designs when I manage to make them a reality!

Kari’s fashion studio with its blue floral wall, a trio of fashion themed wall hangings and a memory board of her trip to France, along with all of her sewing supplies.

We’re quite proud of the work put into this room, the wall is hand painted and the wall art canvases were handmade as well as most of the furniture and my collection of thread, ribbon, fabric and other bits and bobs that I use to make clothes…like the dress I’m wearing right now!

I made this dress with a bit of blue fabric, some ribbon, a needle and thread and a bit of fabric glue for the tricky spots. You like? I definitely do!

One of these days, I’ll invite my best friend Becca in to work with me in the studio…once I get some pink fabric, that is! And maybe some laces and trims to trade for more fabrics from the marketplace when Beth and her team go next….hmm…
